What’s coming to Stardew Valley with the 1.6 patch?  

Stardew Valley's 1.6 update adds two small fishing events, a three-day spring festival, a summer event, and more new stuff and improvements.

UPDATE SIZE Stardew Valley 

Despite the patch notes being exceptionally long, the update is 53.7MB.

Meadowlands Farm:  

In the update, you can start with a chicken coop and two chickens. Also, there's special chewy blue grass for animals.

Somewhere in Stardew Valley, Barone has also added new secrets and Easter eggs, he said in the patch notes.
