How to Obtain the Weapon of the Gods in Fortnite Chains of Hades

In the latest update (29.01) for Fortnite, a cool new item called the Chains of Hades has been added to the game's loot pool.

Fortnite Chains of Hade

The Chains of Hades, an armament inspired by the god, acts as a ranged melee weapon. You can swing it three times consecutively to stack damage on your enemy.

Where to find the Fortnite Chains of Hade

To get the Fortnite Chains of Hades, go to The Underworld on the west side of the island. Defeat Hades in combat there.

To trigger this fight 

To get the Chains of Hades in Fortnite, interact with the statue, fight off waves of minions, then face Hades.

Once defeated Hades in Fortnite  

Defeat Hades in Fortnite to get Chains of Hades, Hades' Harbinger SMG, and a Fortnite Aspect of the Gods for various challenges.

How to hit an Olympian Boss with Chains of Hades in Fortnite

For the best chance to use Chains of Hades on an Olympian Boss, head southeast to Grim Gate and face Cerberus.
